i hate technology.

seriously.

so i've had my ipod for more than a year now, and we've been like, bff. until today. or five minutes ago.

earlier this evening, i noticed that my computer was being a little strange (mostly my itunes), so i restarted my computer. however, upon restart, i guess my ipod never recovered. and the worst part, was how i found out: mac, in their ever-pleasing user-friendly design, created an interface on my screen of an ipod with a sadface to let you know that you've just been screwed.

my ipod just reset itself. and i lost all of the music, data, files, pictures, etc. that were being stored on it. bullocks.

and i don't think i'll ever be able to get it back.

and the worst part, is that, instead of saving all of my music files on discs, when i reformatted my computer last time, i opted to use my 40gig ipod as an external hard drive. smooth move, exlax. i'm so sad right now!!!!!

all of those random songs that i've accumulated over the last year are now gone. and i'm going to have to reburn all of my cd's etc., to build up my music collection once again. i'm a very sad person right now.

siiigh.

well, at least the bruins are pac 10 champs.
